Individual-Subscriptions and Free-Trial users can share their credentials with members of their team provided the team is collaborating on the same projects.

For larger teams or for teams working on different projects, subscribe to our Shared Subscription or Enterprise Subscription to use individual credentials and controlled access.

My Subscription or Free Trial ran out. Can I get an extension?

Contact us using the form on the Contact page. Our Support team will work with you to understand your needs and help grant you a short extension if it's appropriate.

How do I get a receipt for past transactions?

What should I do if I encounter an error on the site?

Use the form on the Contact page to tell us what you were doing when you encountered the error. Users who help us by reporting errors will receive an extension on their subscription or free-trial.
